About Jamey

I graduated from John F. Kennedy High School in 1991 and immediately went into the Army.  I served as a reserve from 1991-1994 when I was honorable discharged.  I enrolled at the University of Michigan in 1992.  I also entered Real Estate at the same time and found my calling.  By 1993 I was one of the top Agents in the Downriver Market. 

By 1994 I took over the office I worked at and became the manager there.  When I left there in 2002 I had helped increase the production over 700%.  Leaving was a difficult decision but to further my real estate career I decided it was the best move.  I could not have been more right.  The opportunity to manage the Carol Bollo & Associates in Wyandotte presented itself.  We have had a number of challenging events but have put together an outstanding environment to allow agents to succeed.  We have also put marketing plans together that get homes sold, not just list them!!   

In 1996 I made the best decision of my life in marrying my wife Erin.  Erin & I had been together since 1991 and she probably knows more about selling homes than the average Realtor.  In 1998 we had our first child Jerard (Jerry), in 2000 our second Mackenzie (Kenzie), and in 2006 our third Aiden (A.J.).

I have also been very active in local charities. Some include Penrickton Center for the Blind, Habitat for Humanity, Toys for Tots, Guidance Center, MDA, DRAR Charitable Foundation, and others.  I have always tried to help others when possible.

About Dave

After leaving Berkley High School, I enlisted in the United States Navy. I served from July 1964 through July 1998. I served in Viet Nam 1967-1968. I received the following medals. Navy Unit accommodation, Viet Nam Service Campaign, and National Defense Ribbon .

I am a retiree of Michigan Consolidated Gas Company. At Mich Con, I worked in Customer Service, Customer Billing, Welfare Department and as the Closed Account Legal Specialist.

I am very happily married to Pam. We have been married 21 years. I have a daughter Valerie who is married to Tommy and they live in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I have 4 grand children, Joshua 7, Rebekah 6, Matthew 4 and Abigail 2 .

I am actively involved with the Downriver Association of Realtor. I am currently on the Board of Directors and have served on the Professional Standards Committee 2003-2007, Government Affairs/RPAC Committee 2003-2008 as well as acting as chairperson of the Gov Affairs Committee 2005 and currently the Chairperson of the RPAC Committee.

I have worked as a Big Brother and have mentored trouble teens.
